<p>PURPOSE:To prevent an interlaminar short circuit to improve a transformer in reliability by a method wherein an insulating bobbin is interposed between coil layers respectively and conductors are formed through a laser so as to be separated from each other at a regular space. CONSTITUTION:A flyback transformer 10 contains a primary coil PC and secondary coils SC1-SC4 provided on it. It is preferable that a coil 12 is used as the coil PC. The coil 12 contains hollow bobbins formed in cylindrical shape which are formed of insulating resin such as Noryl, polycarbonate, or polyimide, and a spiral conductor 16 is formed on the outer face of the bobbin 14. The conductor 16 has such a structure that a nickel electroless plating layer 18, a copper electroplating layer 20, and a chrome electroplating layer 22 are laminated. A spiral slit is provided to the conductor 16 through a laser. By these processes, an interlaminar short circuit is prevented and a transformer is improved in reliability.</p> |
