ATTACHING JIG FOR MAGNETIC HEAD DEVICE AND ITS PRODUCTION

PURPOSE:To simply attain the protrusion of a magnetic head with high accuracy by securing the touch between a recess part of a head protruding extent setting member and the upper surface of the head as well as between a negative pressure generating member and a part of said setting part except its recess part. CONSTITUTION:The upper surface of a head 20 is irradiated by the light with the touch secured between the head 20 and a head protruding extent setting member 46. Then a tilt member 46 is controlled based on the interference height and therefore the position of the head 20 is controlled. The head 20 is put into a through hole of a negative pressure generating member 28 by means of a spring piece part of a holding spring member 47. Then the touch is secured again between the head 20 and the recess part of the member 46 and the member 28 and a planar part of the member 46 respectively. Thus the degree of parallelism is controlled between the head 20 and the member 28 and the head 20 and the member 28 are fixed to each other. Thus the head 20 is simply attached to the member 28 with the accurate protrusion of the head 20.
