PURPOSE:To improve fluidity, corrosion resistance and mechanical strength by blending zircon pellets and/or zircon brick waste with zircon sand, zircon flower and zircon packs. CONSTITUTION:30-50% coarse particles having 7-1mm particle diameter comprising zircon pellets and/or zircon brick waste are blended with 10-30wt.% first intermediate particles having <1mm-74mum particle diameter comprising zircon pellets and/or zircon brick waste, 10-30wt.% second intermediate particles having <1mm-74mm particle diameter comprising with zircon sand and 1-30% fine particles having <44mum particle diameter comprising zircon flower and zircon packs. The blend is blended with about 1-5wt.% silica flower, clay, etc., to improve fluidity. |
