<p>PURPOSE:To prolong the life of a battery which serves as a power source and to maintain exact detection with substantially no need for labor such as checking by providing a photovoltaic battery and the secondary battery charged by the photovoltaic battery as the power source of a detection control circuit. CONSTITUTION:A photodetecting part 2 for the IR rays generated from a human body is provided on the outside of an outside frame 1 of the human body detector. An IR sensor 3 which outputs a voltage by detecting the change of the IR rays received by the photodetecting part 2, the detection control circuit 5 which generates the radio waves to transmit the detection of the human body to a control device upon reception of the output voltage therefrom and a transmission antenna 4 are disposed on the inside of said device. The photovoltaic battery 8 which generates electricity by the light of an electric lamp, etc., and the secondary battery 7 charged by the battery 8 are provided as the power source of the control circuit 5 to the inside of the device. The control circuit 5 is operated by the battery 8 and charges the battery 7 in the daytime or while interior lighting is held put on according to such constitution. The control circuit 5 is operate by the secondary battery in the nighttime or while the interior lighting is held put out and, therefore, the consumption of the battery is lessened.</p> |
