PURPOSE:To lubricate a lubricating portion of a vacuum chamber, with the interior of the vacuum chamber under vacuum by connecting an exhaust pipe of a vacuum pump for making the interior of the vacuum chamber vacuous to an operating oil tank, and supplying lubricating oil in the operating oil tank to a lubricating portion of the vacuum chamber. CONSTITUTION:A fly wheel 2 is supported through bearings 2a, 2b in a vacuum chamber 1, and driven by gears 4, 5. The interior of the chamber 1 is made vacuous by a vacuum pump 6, and an exhaust pipe 6b of the pump is connected to an operating oil tank 8. In the tank 8, air and operating oil are separated, the operating oil being fed through a pipeline 9 to a lubricating portion such as an engaging portion 5 of gears in the chamber 1 so as to lubricate the lubricating portion. As the steam pressure of the operating oil is low, the interor of the chamber 1 can maintain a necessary vacuum. |
