In a circuit arrangement which delivers an output signal undelayed with respect to the input signal via a direct path and an output signal delayed with the aid of a delay element via a delaying path, the voltage loss caused by the delay element must be compensated for. This is carried out by means of manual compensation. By means of the invention, the output level is automatically compensated. For this purpose, the output signals are each connected to a multiplier at both inputs.
