摘要 PURPOSE:To improve permeability of raw material layer in a blast furnace and to increase the productivity of molten iron in the blast furnace by providing two hoppers at the top of the furnace in which one stores coke only and the other stores ore on the coke of the bottom, alternately charging the stored materials from the hoppers into the furnace via swinging chute so as to make coke layer and ore-coke mixed layer successively and alternately in the furnace. CONSTITUTION:A belt conveyor 5 is set below a raw material hopper 6 exclusively used to the coke 10 and exclusive used hopper 7 for the mixed raw material of iron ore, etc., 11 and after packing the coke 10a into a furnace top hopper 3a for the coke in the top part of the blast furnace 1 and charging at first the coke 10b into a hopper 3b for the raw material of the iron ore, etc., at the furnace top, the mixed raw material 11 of the iron ore, lime stone, etc., is charged on this. At the time of charging the raw material into the blast furnace 1, at first, the mixed raw material of the iron oe, etc., containing the coke from the furnace top hopper 3b of the iron ore, etc., with a swinging chute 9 to form the mixed raw material layer 11 and successively, only the coke 10a is charged from the furnace top hopper 3a for the coke to alternately form the coke layer 10 and the mixed raw material layer 11 of the iron ore, etc., in the blast furnace. As the permeability in the blast furnace is uniform and good over the whole furnace, the furnace condition in the blast furnace is stabilized and the productivity is improved.
