PURPOSE:To confirm the perfectness in the cut for a work and prevent the destruction of a chuck, etc. by varying the revolution speed of one main spindle and detecting the difference of revolution speed between the other main spindle. CONSTITUTION:A main control means 5 grasps a work 3 on a main spindle 1 by using a chuck 2 through a driving means 4, and revolves the work 3 at a prescribed revolution speed, and a subcontrol means 10 revolves a submain spindle 7 at the equal revolution speed through a driving means 9, and the main spindle 7 is shifted in the X and Z axis directions, and the chuck 8 is allowed to grasp the work 3. After a tip 15 cuts the work 3 according to a working program, the control means 5 reduces the revolution speed of the main spindle 1, and when the perfect cut is executed, the main spindle 7 continues revolution by a prescribed quantity, while if the perfect cut is not executed because of the defects of the tip 15, the revolution speed of the main spindle 7 reduces. A revolution speed detecting means 11 detects the revolution speed of the main spindle 7, and a revolution speed detecting means 6 detects the revolution speed of the main spindle 1, and a judging means 13 judges that the perfect cut is executed, when the difference of the revolution speed is outside the error range of a error setting means 12, while if the error is inside the range, the judging means 13 judges the perfect cut is not carried out. |
