PURPOSE:To adjust parallelizm between moving frames by moving only wires by turning and adjusting only an adjusting pulley under condition where turning of a fixing pulley is restricted by an adjusting plate. CONSTITUTION:Under condition where the adjusting plate 9 is attached to a side plate 12 through an adjusting plate attaching screw 67, namely, under condition where rotation of a shaft 10 and the fixing pulley 8 are restricted, a pulley attaching screw 66 is loosen to turn and adjust the relative position of the adjusting pulley 7 with respect to the adjusting plate 9, whereby only the wire 4 fixed to the adjusting pulley 7 is moved to adjust the parallelizm of the second moving frame 200 with respect to the first moving frame. Under condition where the pulley 7 is engaged with the adjusting plate 9 through the pulley attaching screw 66, the adjusting plate attaching screw 67 is loosened to turn and adjust the adjusting plate 9 in the turning direction of the shaft 10, whereby the wires 4 and 5 are moved, to adjust a distance to one moving frame from the other moving frame. |
