PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of the fatigue failure due to high cycle heating by streaming a 2nd fluid in the inside of a 1st fluid in the vicinity of the part where a mixing piping is connected with a divergent and confluent piping, and gradually mixing the 1st fluid with the 2nd fluid in a mixing piping. CONSTITUTION:A 1st piping 1 flowing the 1st fluid, a 2nd piping 4 flowing the 2nd fluid having the temp. different from the 1st fluid, and the mixing piping 2 connected with pipings 1, 4 are provided. The divergent and confluent piping 20 consisting of a divergent passage 20a and confluent passage 20b is provided between the piping 1 and the piping 4, and the top part of the piping 4 is inserted into the mixing piping 2 through the confluent passage 20b. As a result, the 1st fluid and the 2nd fluid are gradually mixed in the mixing piping 2 and the generation of the fatigue failure due to high cycle heating is prevented. |
