PURPOSE:To obtain the subject molded article having excellent weather resistance, water-resistance, chemical resistance, friction and abrasion resistance and scratch resistance, by forming a protecting film on a surface of a polyacetal resin molded article by the plasma polymerization of a monomer consisting of a specific organic compound. CONSTITUTION:The objective molded article can be produced by forming a protecting film on a surface of a molded article of a polyacetal resin (preferably a resin composition containing a weatherproofing stabilizer) by the plasma polymerization of a monomer consisting of a silicon-containing organic compound or an (un)saturated fluorine-containing organic compound of formula I or formula II (R<1> and R<2> are 1-8C alkyl, 1-8C alkoxy, 1-5C acyl, vinyl, allyl, glycidyl, amino, fluoro, H, aryl or siloxane, m is 1-4; n is 2 or 3). The above weatherproofing stabilizer preferably contains (A) a benzotriazole substance, etc., (B) a hindered amine substance and/or (C) a fatty acid ester. |
