<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the subject paste capable of providing a thick film of a superconductor for a circuit wiring, etc., excellent in mechanical strength and readily forming the thick film of the superconductor by mixing a compound oxide composed of bismuth, strontium, calcium and copper with an organic salt or metallic soap of these metallic elements. CONSTITUTION:An objective paste prepared by mixing (A) powder of a bismuth, strontium, calcium, copper and oxygen-based compound oxide (e.g. 2.5mum average particle size) with (B) 2wt.% ethyl cellulose and (C) one or more sorts of organic salts (e.g., 2-ethylhexoic acid) or metallic soaps of bismuth, strontium, calcium or copper dissolved in butylcarbitol acetate.</p> |
