The invention relates to the field of systems for broadcasting through a channel with imperfect transmission and with limited throughput, destined for fixed or mobile receivers with intermittent listening. The objective is to allow a reliable transmission of information which can be directly interpreted by on-board storage and processing means. This objective is achieved with the aid of a method consisting in transmitting information messages (M1, M2) of discrepancy relative to an equilibrium state, with message identifying and a priori lapse time (t'1, t'2).
