PURPOSE:To allow controlling the input to a motor with simple operation by providing a setting device at the hand position of a hose to change a resistance value, an input control device to control the input to the motor in accordance with the resistance value, and a switch on the setting device to short the both ends of a variable resistor. CONSTITUTION:A switch 17 provided on a setting device 15 is connected in parallel with a variable resistor 16. When the resistance value of the variable resistor 16 is 0OMEGA, the input to a motor 12 becomes maximum regardless of ON-OFF of the switch 17. When the resistance value is increased, the input to the motor 12 is reduced with the resistance value. At this time, when the switch 17 is closed, the points A, B shown in the drawing are shorted and the state becomes the same one as the variable resistor 16 is changed to 0OMEGA, so that the input to the motor 12 becomes maximum. When the switch 17 is opened, the resistance value between the points A, B is returned to the previous state at which the switch 17 is closed, that is, the input is returned to the value at previous state pre-set by the variable resistor 16. |
