<p>PURPOSE: To generate a measurement with high accuracy by generating the fluctuation of measurement having periodicity related to rotary motion and the difference of measurement between two positions at same moment of time. CONSTITUTION: Gears 2, 3 are distributed with teeth on the periphery thereof and secured to a shaft 1 with corresponding proximity sensors 5, 6 being provided, respectively. A relative torsion is produced between the gears 2, 3 depending on the magnitude of contact rotational moment. A measurement signal corresponding to the contact rotational moment is then produced based on the fluctuation of measurements from the proximity sensors 5, 6 and the difference of measurements.</p> |
