<p>PURPOSE: To divide a current at a prescribed ratio, even when the impedances of current paths are not similar by providing an additional current path and a current mirror circuit, when it is necessary to let a prescribed part in the current of a node flow to a current path having an impedance not-similar to that of the other current path. CONSTITUTION: N small currents I1 '-IN' respectively flow from a node 22 through N 1st current paths concerning a full current I. The 1st current paths are composed of transistors T1'-TN' as N similar impedance elements. One part IZ1 of the current I flows through a 2nd current path 28 composed of an impedance element Z1 not-similar to T1'-TN'. In this case, an additional current path 30 composed of an additional transistor T0' similar to T1'-TN', the source of T0' is connected to the node 22, and its gate is connected to a bias input terminal 26. The current path 30 is connected to the input branch of a current mirror circuit 32 having transistors 34 and 36-1. The transistors 34 and 36-1 are similar and because of their relative geometrical forms, a ratio 1:X1 between an input current Io ' to flow through the current path 30 and an output current IZ1 to flow through the current path 28 is determined.</p> |
