Substituted allylmercaptoacetylsydnonimines of the general formula I <IMAGE> (I) and their pharmacologically acceptable acid addition salts, in which R1 represents a secondary amino group of the formula <IMAGE> and X denotes <IMAGE> R2 denotes one of the radicals R3OOC-, R4SO2- or alkyl having 1-4 C atoms, n denotes one of the values 1, 1 or 2, and R3 denotes alkyl having 1-4 C atoms, and R4 represents R3 or (R3)2N-, have valuable pharmacological properties.
