PURPOSE: To make a circuit configuration compact by constituting a pluralchannel digital/analog(D/A) converters having highly-accuracy analog output to be respectively operated with the different numbers of data bits on one chip. CONSTITUTION: For the plural-channel D/A converter composed of a digital circuit 101, output voltage stabilizer 102-0 and output filters from 102-1 to 102-15, the digital circuit 101 is composed of a logic circuit 103, and an interface 104 provided with 16 blocks. For such a D/A converter, plural converters are provided on a single chip, so that the different converters can be operated by digital input signals having the different numbers of bits, and a system having the bit capacitance of 16 data bits per word, that system can respond to a digital signal containing any bits from 1 data bit to 16 data bits per signal. Thus, circuit configuration can be made compact. |
