PURPOSE:To eliminate the variations in the transfer time between heating and cooling with small areas for addition of installations by feeding plural pieces of the work intermittently in series at inter-station intervals, and heating the work in the 1st station and cooling the same in the 2nd station. CONSTITUTION:The work W is supplied on the work stage 60 on a base bed 1 located in a front station A and the work W treated with a heater 5 is transferred and recovered on receiving rails 29 in a rear station E. The pieces of the work W are disposed in the respective stations B-D, and heaters 3, 5 and a cooler 4 applies corresponding treatments upon the works W. When one cycle ends by these simultaneous treatments, gripping pawls 12-15 transfer the work of respectively the previous stations intermittently to the next stations. In such a way, the work W supplied to the station A is recovered after passing the same through the heating, cooling and heating stages by the back and forth movements of the pawls 12-15. |
