PURPOSE:To control the angle regulation of a mirror for vehicle automatically and to improve the operational performance by providing a positioning device to regulate the angle to make the visual scope of the mirror for vehicle to obtain a desired position linking to the forward and the backward runnings of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION:By operating a setting switch group 13, activators 1 and 2 for the right and left movement and the up and down movement are driven. In this case, the positions of the actuator 1 and 2 are converted to the voltage values of potentiometers 3 and 4 respectively, and they are stored to a memory 12 by a CPU 11 through an A/D converter 7 and an interface 9. When a back gear linking switch 14 is turned on, the output signal is input to the CPU 11 through the interface 9, and the set value of the mirror position for back running is read. After that, the set value and the present values of the actuators 1 and 2 are compared, and the actuators 1 and 2 are driven by plural driving circuits 5 and 6 responding to the deviations. |
