PURPOSE:To prevent generation of a sink in the outside of a gasket by arranging a supporting material extended from a molding tool within a cavity space by stopping an inlaying sheet to the supporting material temporarily. CONSTITUTION:An inlaying sheet 17 is arranged in a part forming a cavity space 15 of a bottom force 12. Window glass 14 is arranged at a fixed position on the bottom force 12 from above the inlaying sheet 17. Pins 18 are kept fitted to a plurality of positions running along a route of the cavity space 15 in a top force 13. The top force 13 is put over the bottom force 12 under this state and the window glass 14 is held between them. In this instance, the inlaying sheet 17 is attracted to a magnet 19 provided on the top of the pin 18 and the inlaying sheet 17 is supported by being suspended midair. Then mold clamping is performed and a gasket forming material is injected. In this instance, since the inlaying sheet 17 is attracted to the magnet 19, it does not happen that positional deviation is generated. After injection the forming material is solidified through cooling or cured through reaction and the window glass with a gasket is taken out by breaking a mold. |
