PURPOSE:To reduce a mold cost and contrive shortening of lead time in manufacturing a mold by coping with only exchange of a shaping mold part in relation to changes of a shape and dimensions of a molded product by establishing arbitrarily a shifting locus of a top force at the time of breaking and clamping of the mold. CONSTITUTION:After a die plate 27 is raised up to a fixed height, the same is made a vertical posture and the die plate 27 and a top force 28 fitted to its bottom are moved horizontally. Then after a skin material Y is fitted to a bottom force 30, the die plate 27 and top force 28 are shifted in front of a worker H. A casting head V of a foaming resin material W is shifted to the upper part of the bottom force 30 in cooperation with this and casting of the foaming resin material W is performed. When the casting head V retreats to a waiting position by completing the casting of the foaming resin material W, the die plate 27 returns the same to a horizontal posture after the same is shifted up to a position deviated leftward a little from a place directly above the bottom force 30. Then the top force 28 is mated with the bottom force 30 by lowering the die plate 27 by drawing a locus where it is tilted by an angle theta against verticality. |
