PURPOSE:To prevent generation of breaking and damage of a long-sized material and separation between single bodies after connection of the single bodies with each other by forming a hole in an end part of the rear of the single body. CONSTITUTION:A stationary mold 1 and movable mold 2 are closed, a molten material 8 of resin is injected into a cavity 9 through a material injecting port 3 and an end part 10 of the rear is formed of a material flow surface 12, fusing surface 13 and vertical surface 14. Then a single body 4 made of synthetic resin where holes 11a, 11a are penetrated through is molded on the fusing surface 13. Then a top side is formed by projecting into a sheetlike state so that the top side is fittable into an end part 10 of the rear of the single body 4 after release of a mold 2 from a mold 1. Moreover, an extrusion part 14 with a built-in heater is heated and the end part 10 of the rear of the single body 4 is shifted to a position directly below the injection port 3 while heating the end part 10 of the rear of the single body 4. Then the mold is closed, molten material 8 is injected through the injection port 3 and a single body 4a is molded. In this instance, since the single bodies 4, 4a adjoining to each other are joined together under a state where they are fitted in each other through holes 11a, 11a, joining force between the single bodies is improved. |
