摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a gas circuit breaker without defect that a total flow rate is less than a separate maximum flow rate in a circuit-brake condition by correcting an arithmetic result of a flow rate data with a timer in operation multiplied by coefficient. CONSTITUTION:A condition correcting part 12 inputs the output from a total flow rate storage and arithmetic part 10 and a separate maximum flow rate storage and arithmetic part 11, and makes a correction so that the former will exceed the latter in the condition. Axis of abscissas shows the elapsed time and axis of ordinates shows the gas flow rate. For example, in a set period T1 of the first timer 5, at time t0, gas flow rate is Q1, at t1, Q1+Q2, and the separate maximum flow rate is Q2, at t2, Q1, at t3, zero. Till time t4, the circuit-brake condition is total flow rate LG1, separate maximum flow rate LK1 as the initial condition, and LG1>LK1. At time t4, the circuit-brake condition is set newly on a basis of each data observed. As for the total flow rate, (Q1+Q2) is multiplied by coefficient K1; as for the separate maximum flow rate, Q2 is multiplied by coefficient K2, but in the case of K1<K2, as the circuit-breaking condition is possible to be such as the total flow rate< the individual maximum flow rate, a correction is made so that the former will exceed the latter; LG2=LK2 after t4.
