PURPOSE:To omit the preliminary drying process and improve production efficiency by using the lead powder with the specific lead ratio and average grain size for an active material. CONSTITUTION:The lead powder with the lead ratio of 95wt.% or above and the average grain size of 1mum or below is used for an active material. The lead powder with the average grain size of 1mum or below and high Pb% is easily coagulated in dilute sulfuric acid, and the reduction of Pb% is little after the coagulation. No aging of the active material is required for a negative electrode plate, a usable electrode plate is obtained by removing the moisture on the surface immediately after a grid body is pasted. The preliminary drying process is omitted, production efficiency is improved. |
