PURPOSE:To prevent generation of a sink in the outside of a gasket, by a method wherein a part of an insert member is held by inserting into a groove or a hole formed into the inside of a molding tool and injection molding is performed by extending the other part of the insert member into a cavity space. CONSTITUTION:Window glass 14 is arranged on a fixed position on a bottom force 12. One fringe part 17a of an insert member 17 is held by inserting the same into a groove 12b of the bottom force 12. The other fringe part 17b of the insert member 17 becomes a state where it is extended into a cavity space 15. A top force 13 is put over the bottom force 12 under this state and the window glass 14 is held between the bottom and top forces 12, 13. Mold clamping is performed and a gasket forming material is injected into a cavity space 15 after that. In this instance, since the fringe part 17a of the insert member is held by inserting into a groove 12b of the bottom force 12, it does not happen that positional deviation is generated. After injection, the gasket forming material is solidified through cooling or cured through reaction, the bottom force 12 and top force 13 are broken and the window glass with a gasket is taken out. |
