PURPOSE: To provide an underwear, comfortable to wear and useful for patients, etc., suffering from incontinence by providing an opening for the waist part in a body part, forming openings for leg parts of the body part and the crotch part and arranging a means capable of preventing a discharged humor from leaking and having the waterproofness, air permeability and stretchability in the crotch part. CONSTITUTION: This underwear 10 for preventing a discharged humor from leaking is obtained by providing an opening 15 for the waist part in a body part 11, combining the body part 11 with the crotch part 12 having an absorption pad 20, etc., for a means, capable of preventing the discharged humor from leaking and having the waterproofness, air permeability and stretchability, forming two openings 13 for legs and thereby affording the underwear 10 for preventing the discharged humor from leaking in the underwear 10 for the lower half part of the body comprising the body part 11 and the crotch part 12. Furthermore, a stretchable woven fabric, usually a knitted fabric is preferably used as the body part 11 and a laminated woven fabric of a thermoplastic film layer having the waterproofness, air permeability and stretchability and an air-permeable material layer containing elastic fibers is preferably used as the means capable of preventing the discharged humor from leaking.
