PURPOSE:To smooth the fluidization of a cement paste for aerated concrete by providing a bubble generating member, a bubble controlling member, etc., to form a bubble having a uniform diameter and with an unbreakable bubble film, and using the members. CONSTITUTION:A foaming agent soln. 10 is supplied into the main device body 1 from the soln. inlet 9 of a soln. supply member 8. Air is simultaneously injected into the main body 1 from the air nozzle ports 12 of an air supply member 11 to form bubbles. The bubbles pass between the bubble generating members 7, and bubbles 13 having a uniform diameter are formed. The bubbles 13 are further passed through the holes of a partitioning surface 6 of the bubble controlling member 5, and the size is further uniformized. A large quantity of the bubbles 13 are then injected into the paste or mortar of cement.
