INSULATING INSTALLATION OF ELECTRONIC PARTS

PURPOSE:To perform highly insulated wiring by housing electronic parts of an insulation circuit into a terminal which is manufactured with an insulating material and wiring the terminal after installing its terminal to a board. CONSTITUTION:Electronic parts 4 are mounted to a board 8 with an insulating terminal 1. Using an insulating material as one of members of the terminal, the insulating terminal 1 makes use of a fluororesin which has high volume resistivity at the level of 10<18>OMEGAcm or more and is composed of: a space 3 which contains the electronic parts 4: wiring pins 2; and screw holes 5 for installing its terminal to a board. The electronic parts 4 are contained in the insulating terminal 1 in such a way that leads of the parts are placed on an upper face. As to the leads, fluororesin tubes 7 for insulation are covered up to each base of the leads fully and after that they are soldered to the wiring pins 2. After wiring respective leads, they are fixed to the terminal with highly insulating polymeric adhesives 6. The terminal thus makes a circuit which deals with low level analog signals highly accurate.
