PURPOSE:To prevent cracks even if there are some bending in a ceramic unit by providing an elastic body at the bottom surface of each recessed part. CONSTITUTION:A pallet 12 has an elastic sheet 11 consisting of silicon rubber, etc., between a lower plate 3 and an upper plate 4, and an elastic sheet 11 is positioned at the bottom surface of each recessed part 5 for housing a ceramic unit. A suction hole 6 is dispensable but the elastic sheet 11 may be penetrated if the suction hole 6 is provided. It prevents cracks in screen printing regardless of some bending in the ceramic unit. As a result, yield is improved and crack selection which has been performed in the succeeding processes before can be eliminated for simplified process. |
