PURPOSE:To exclude only an unjust user by preventing software from operating when an ID deciding means decides that ID transmitted from a terminal equipment on an opposite side is the same as ID decided for software stored in a storage device in a self terminal equipment. CONSTITUTION:When information is transferred between the terminal equipment 1 and the terminal equipment 2 through a transmission line (l), an ID read means 11 reads ID of software which transfers information and an ID transmission means 12 transmits having read ID to the terminal equipment 2 in the terminal equipment 1 prior to actual transfer. The terminal equipment 2 receives ID transmitted from the terminal equipment 1 by an ID reception means 21 and decides the identity of ID which an ID deciding means 22 has received and ID of software used on the terminal equipment 2. When two IDs are the same, the terminal equipment 2 stops the action of software and therefore, information is prevented from being transferred. Thus, only the unjust user can be excluded. |
