PURPOSE:To make smaller an escape hole in order to miniaturize a supporting bracket by setting the escape hole of the supporting bracket in the center of bending of a weight. CONSTITUTION:A weight 1 is vulcanizingly adhered to the upper face of a supporting bracket 3 through rubber material 2, and a falling prevention metal fitting 5 is welded and fixed to the weight 1. A hook portion 6 is formed in this falling prevention metal fitting 5 and it is loosely inserted into an escape hole 7 formed through the projecting portion 8 of the supporting bracket 3; the escape hole 7 is set in the center of bending of the weight 1. The escape hole 7 may thus be made smaller so that the supporting bracket 3 can be miniaturized. |
