PURPOSE:To efficiently obtain uniform ring-shaped moldings by heating a molding raw material with heated steam while introducing the raw material through a feed tube into extrusion passage between an inner cylindrical body and hollow outer cylindrical body. CONSTITUTION:A paste like molding raw material obtained by grinding meat and fishes and shellfishes is sent under pressure from a tank 12 through a pipe 13 into a feed pipe 5. Then the raw material sent under pressure is passed through space between the circular cone face 10 and mixing plate 11 and charged into a extrusion passage between an inner cylindrical body 8 and outer cylindrical body 1 while keeping uniform kneading density. Then heated steam is fed from vent pipes 15 and 15' and the raw material is transferred to the tip outlet 1' side of the outer cylindrical body 1 while heating. Then discharged cylindrical moldings are cut with a high-frequency cutter, etc., to produce the processed food of meat and fishes and shellfishes. |
