PURPOSE:To prevent the end of a nozzle pipe from being actually directly brought into contact with an operating portion by providing the nozzle pipe end on the inside of a suction pipe end which is projectingly provided from a hand piece body. CONSTITUTION:A high pressure fluid is sent from a hand piece body 1 to an orifice 8 through a nozzle pipe 5 and injected toward an operating portion from the orifice 8. On the other hand, fluid injected into the operating portion and fluid on its periphery are sent to a suction device through the suction ports 3, 4 of a suction pipe 2, a suction port 9 formed between the outer face of the nozzle pipe 5 and the inner face of the suction pipe 2, and a suction hose 17. At the time of injecting the high pressure fluid, the end portion of the nozzle pipe 5 which is placed 1-10mm inside the end suction port 3 of the suction pipe 2 is protected by the suction pipe 2, thereby preventing the end of the nozzle pipe 5 from being actually directly brought into contact with an operating portion even if the suction pipe 2 is actually directly brought into contact therewith. Hence, the high pressure fluid can be injected always straight from the orifice 8 on the end of the nozzle pipe 5 to the operating portion. |
