<p>Device is for purifying or extracting liq. specimens of samples supplies the sample to a cartridge shaped packing material through which the sample is led for extracting a certain component. An elution liq. is guided through the packing material and the liq. coming from the cartridge is fed to a receptacle and an analyser. There are three selection valves (1-3) with cartridge supply and discharge devices. These can be automatically switched so that a pump (6) on the first valve can supply a medium or media in series via the other valves to a cartridge for packing. The second valve can be pressed by a pump or compressed air into a receiving loop which in introduced into the cartridge using the second and third valves. The components to be examined can be rinced from the cartridge using a medium supplied through the first valve's pump, and the other two valves supplying it to an analyser device, after which the cartridge is replaced.</p> |
