<p>The conveyor system includes a number of transport chains which are pliable mainly in a horizontal plane, permitting a dividing movement of the cans. The supply transporter (1) may consist e.g. of four transport chains (2) for movement of six rows (3) of cans (4). At a dividing point (5) the chain transporters move pairs wise away from each other, forming two separate transporters (6), each taking three rows of cans (4). Along side walls (7) are guides (8) which converge at dividing point. The outer walls of the separate transporter have guides (9) which continue along the main transporter.</p> |
