<p>PURPOSE:To allow a user to select the sort of a guide without increasing the program size of a work processing part by setting up the validity/invalidity of display of a guide message on the basis of display validity/invalidity information. CONSTITUTION:A guide message 60 is registered together with a guidance control part 70 constituted of a screen number 70a, coordinate data 70b for an input field 50 and display validity/invalidity information 70c correspondingly to an input field. When an input screen is displayed, a screen control part 12 reads out all the control parts 70 corresponding to the input screen from a guidance file 10 to form a control table 11. When a cursor position is moved, whether a cursor is moved to a prescribed position in the field or not is monitored on the basis of the cursor position information 80, and when the position coincides with a prescribed position, the table 11 is retrieved by the data 70b, the information 70c is decided, and at the time of requiring display, the data 70b and the number 70a are informed to a guidance display part 30. Consequently, the display part 30 retrieves the file 10 and displays the message 60.</p> |
