PIGMENT DISPERSING AGENT AND OFFSET PRINTING INK COMPOSITION OBTAINED BY USING THE SAME

PURPOSE:To obtain a pigment dispersant having high coloring power and excellent storage stability and capable of carrying out improvement of operation efficiency and reduction of warehousing cost and transportation cost by reacting a polyester having a specific acid value and free carboxyl group with a specific amine compound at a specific ratio. CONSTITUTION:The aimed pigment dispersant for offset printing ink obtained by reacting (A) a polyester having 10-60 acid value and free carboxyl group with (B) an amine compound expressed by the formula (R1 and R2 are 2-6C alkylene group; R3 is group consisting of CH3- and O2H5-) at an equivalent ratio of 0.8-1.0 of amino group having active hydrogen of the component B to 1.0 of free carboxyl group of the component A and capable of providing a coating film having good gross and excellent coloring property.
