<p>PURPOSE: To obtain the excellent distribution characteristics of a synthetic material especially around a central insert by constituting one layer (engineering layer) among concentric layers of a fabric product constituted of yarn made of an engineering material and/or a classical material and constituting the other one layer (matrix) among them of a thermoplastic material to allow the same to be present in the peripheral part of an assembly. CONSTITUTION: A deformable composite structure 10 is elongated as a whole and contains a plurality of layers concentrically centering around the core 11 extending over the total length of the structure 10. These layers consist of at least one layer (engineering layer) 12A constituted of a fabric product constituted of yarn made of a material generally called an engineering material such as carbon, glass or aramide and/or a classical material such as a vegetable material, an artificial material, a synthetic material or a metal material and at least other one layer 12B, 12'B (matrix) made of a thermoplastic material. The matrix 12B is present at least in the periphery of an assembly.</p> |
