摘要 PURPOSE:To suppress the deviation of an amount of travel to the disturbance of the disk eccentricity of a moving means by raising the moving system gain of the moving means on which at least a part of a tracking signal detecting means and a tracking means transiently at the time of entering the tracking state of an optical disk device. CONSTITUTION:After a tracking control system start signal 12 is outputted, a pull-in timing is decided from a tracking error signal from a tracking sensor 2 and the signal 12 at a timing circuit 13. Also, output from the circuit 13 is supplied to an amplifier 16 with a gain switching circuit, and the gain of a linear motor is switched to a prescribed value. The switching of the gain is performed in such a way that the gain G1 of the linear motor system is raised higher than an ordinary gain G2 extending over a time 12 until the operations of two systems of a tracking actuator 6 and a linear motor 10 are set at the state nearly stationary for the disturbance from the start of a tracking control system, and after that, the gain is returned to the ordinary gain G2.
