A sliding door hanger of the differential ball type has the ball housing 10a provided on each side with a continuous longitudinal rib 32, 35 disposed beneath the centres of the balls 23a and have their inner margins spaced apart less than the diameter of the balls and the housing also has for each ball, two stop members or pins such as 28a in the path of the balls to define the outermost and innermost limits of travel of the respective balls, which run along tracks 15a. The upper portions of the balls engage with longitudinal rail portions 31, 34 of the housing. The engaging edges of the rail portions being separated by less than the diameter of the balls. |
