PURPOSE:To carry out asbestos recovery safely and effectively by providing a kneading machine on a truck rear body, sucking/recovering asbestos into the kneading machine through a suction pipe operated by a vacuum pump, and kneading it with cement, etc., to perform a mortar treatment. CONSTITUTION:A kneading machine 8 is provided on a rear body part chassis 2 of a truck or the like and asbestos is sucked/recovered into the kneading machine 8 through a suction pipe 7 by means of negative pressure of a vacuum pump 9. The kneading machine 8 and the vacuum pump 9 are driven freely by a hydraulic motor with a hydraulic pressure generated from an oil pump 25 driven by a shaft 24 extended from an engine. The suction negative pressure recovers unrecovered asbestos by means of a cyclone dust collector 12 via the kneading machine 8 and exhausts it in form of clean air through a filter 16, an air tank, and the vacuum pump 9. The kneading machine 8 performs a mortar treatment by kneading asbestos with cement, etc., charged from a charge port 8a. Asbestos recovery can be thus carried out safely and effectively. |
