PURPOSE:To obtain the subject composition, containing a polyamide resin in a dispersed phase consisting of a polyphenylene etherbased resin and elastomer, excellent in impact resistance and rigidity at low temperatures and suitable in the field of industrial materials, such as automobiles and electricity. CONSTITUTION:A resin composition containing polyamide particles having <=0.3mu particle diameter in a dispersed phase, obtained by blending (A) preferably 30-85wt.% polyamide resin (e.g., nylon 6) with (B) preferably 5-50wt.% polyphenylene ether-based resin and (C) preferably 5-40wt.% elastomer (e.g., styrene-butadiene copolymer) ana consisting of the polyphenylene ether having <=0.6mu particle diameter and the elastomer having <=1.5mu particle diameter. |
