PURPOSE:To eliminate the irregularities of a motor and a minimum stepping angle in a microstepping operation by composing a variable reference power source of a plurality of voltage dividing resistors. CONSTITUTION:A variable reference power source 80 is provided, in addition to an output controller 70, as a microstep control circuit 60, and its voltage value is supplied as a reference voltage to an operational amplifier 55. The power source 80 is composed of a plurality of voltage dividing resistors R1-R5 and branching resistors Ra-Rc, etc., which are controlled in its branching state by the controller 70. That is, the branching state to the resistors Ra-Rc is controlled by a signal to be applied to the control terminals alpha, beta, gamma of the controller 70. Thus, a microstepping drive can be performed by altering the reference voltage of the power source 80. |
