PURPOSE:To enable good arc welding on a welded portion of an outer panel by applying arc welding to a welded portion of an outer panel structural member, which is the surface portion of a car body to form an outer panel, and joining an inner panel to the outer panel. CONSTITUTION:By spot welding, a joined portion 10a in a front outer member 10 and a joined portion 12a of a rear fender member 12 are joined, a joined portion 10b in the front outer member 10 and a joined portion 14a in a side sill 14 are joined, and further a joined portion 12b in the rear fender member 12 and a joined portion 14b in the side sill member 14 are connected to obtain an integral outer panel. After arc welding is applied to portions 10a, 12a which are the surface portion of a car body in the outer panel, an inner panel is joined thereto. |
