The invention relates to a pump for metering and/or sampling by pneumatic and/or pressure reduction means, for liquid effluents, and to an automatic sampler comprising the same. The pump comprises an inlet valve 1 with a sleeve 5 which can be deformed by pneumatic control 11-13-15 as well as a pumping chamber 2 which is sealed through the valve 1 when it is open, and which is drained through a drainage tube 4, by suction in the latter or by admission of a compressed gas into the chamber 2 through a tube 3 which is selectively connected to a compressed gas source 15-16. Application to the equipment of automatic samplers and/or metering devices for clear or loaded liquids. <IMAGE>
