PURPOSE:To obtain the subject vinegar having alleviated irritating smell and acidity of vinegar, excellently promoting preservation of health by blending vinegar with seven kinds of crude drug components including ginseng. CONSTITUTION:Vinegar is blended with seven kinds of crude drug components (e.g., powdered Cinnamon bark, Actinidia polygama Maxim, Carthamus tinctorius L., Cassia torosa Cav., Gardenia jasminoides Ellis, Chaemomeles japonica Lindl., licorice root, BANZAKURO, Zizyphus vulgaris Lam., Lycium chinense Mill., Crataegus cuneata Sieb., peel of orange, etc.) including ginseng. |
