PURPOSE:To obtain a coated pharmaceutical of an edible core substance with oils and fats or waxes, capable of preventing deterioration in quality by formation, etc., of oil droplets in a fluid food by blending monoglyceride of citric acid with a pharmaceutical of fats and oils or waxes of the edible core substance. CONSTITUTION:A pharmaceutical obtained by blending citric acid monoglyceride with a pharmaceutical of oils and fats or waxes of an edible core substance. The citric acid monoglyceride is blended by a method for, e.g., mixing molten oils and fats or waxes with the citric acid monoglyceride and coating the core substance therewith according to a conventional method. |
