PURPOSE:To produce a production load in a state to maintain an equipment working efficiency at an optimum value, by providing an initial allocation-during-charging-load means to allot a kind of an initial product to each equipment in consideration of propriety of machining of a kind of a product and a delivery time at each equipment from memory information in a production command load information memory means, and a load charge selecting means. CONSTITUTION:When a production command load for various kinds of products having a wide fluctuation is charged to a group of various products production equipment 1, 1,... at a low schedule level, allotment of a kind of an initial product to a group of the equipment 1, 1... is performed by an initial allotment-during-charging-load means 8 in consideration of propriety of machining of a kind of a product at each equipment 1 from production command load information received from a production command input means to input a production command. According to next production load charging demands from equipment terminals 3, 3... mounted to the respective equipment 1, 1..., a proper charging load is selected in consideration of an amount of a continuous production of one and the same kind of a product and propriety of machining of a kind of a product of the demand equipment 1 by means of a load charge selecting means 9, and the selecting result is reported to the demanded equipment terminal 3.
