PURPOSE:To provide the subject low cost food not weakened even on the addition of an additive and also having a constant texture by adding a specific amount of soybean protein to devil's tongue powder, kneading the mixture with water or hot water and subsequently molding the kneaded product into noodle-like products. CONSTITUTION:1 pt.wt. of devil's tongue powder is mixed with 1-15 pts.wt. of soybean protein, kneaded with 25-50 pts.wt. of water or hot water and subsequently molded into noodle-like or block-like products to provide the objective food. |
